NuvoPulse is committed to handling personal data responsibly. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and who may receive it in order to operate the platform.

1. Information we collect

Account and profile data

We collect the information needed to create and manage accounts, such as email address, display name, preferred language, and workspace membership.

Session data

When you create or join a session, we store data such as session codes, session roles, responses, comments, decisions, action items, and live presentation activity.

Media and imported content

If your plan allows it, we may store uploaded images, quiz banks, surveys, and other content that you add to your activities.

2. How we use data

Operating the service

We use your data to authenticate users, manage workspaces, synchronize live sessions, render results, and support collaboration, billing, and support workflows.

Security and abuse prevention

We also use certain data to enforce plan limits, detect abuse, secure accounts, and investigate reports or support requests.

3. Data retention

Workspace and session data

Activities, sessions, and results remain available until they are deleted by the user, removed with the workspace, or retained longer for legal, billing, or technical reasons.

Media

Uploaded images and similar media remain available while they are kept in the workspace, subject to storage limits and applicable deletion rules.

Support and audit data

We may keep technical logs and support messages for a reasonable period in order to resolve incidents, meet legal obligations, and protect the platform.

4. Third-party sharing

Essential processors

We may share data with infrastructure providers necessary to run NuvoPulse, such as Supabase for authentication and database hosting, Stripe for billing, and Cloudflare/R2 for certain media or edge services.

No sale of personal data

We do not sell your personal data to data brokers or third-party ad networks.

5. Your rights

Access, correction, and deletion

You may request access to certain data, correct inaccurate information, update your profile, or request deletion of your account, subject to applicable retention obligations.
