Payment Terms
NuvoPulse operates on a workspace subscription model. These terms explain how trials, plans, renewals, and service limits are handled.
1. Billing model
Workspace subscriptions
NuvoPulse billing is attached to a workspace. The active plan determines how many open sessions, participants, storage allowances, and media features are available.
Free trial
If a free trial is offered, it may include specific limits such as fewer sessions, smaller participant caps, and disabled image uploads. When the trial ends, some features may be restricted until a paid plan is activated.
2. Payment processing
Stripe
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe or another designated payment provider. NuvoPulse does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers.
Renewal
Subscriptions renew according to the billing period you selected unless they are cancelled or changed before the next billing date.
3. Limits and enforcement
Plan limits
Plan limits may include maximum open sessions, participants per session, workspace storage, and concurrent sessions per member.
Server-side enforcement
These limits are enforced server-side. If a limit is reached, NuvoPulse may prevent new session starts, participant joins, or additional media uploads.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation
You may stop future renewal of your subscription through the available billing interface. Cancelling does not erase charges already incurred for an active billing period.
Refunds
Except where required by law, subscription fees that have already been billed are non-refundable. Exceptional cases may be reviewed at NuvoPulse’s discretion.
5. Taxes and responsibility
Taxes
Prices may be shown exclusive of tax where permitted by law. Applicable taxes, if required, may be added at checkout.
Workspace responsibility
The workspace owner is responsible for managing the subscription, the attached payment method, and the invited users inside their organization.
